Technical Difficulties

Slow connection means less work done, less sites to visit and less drops for Entrecard.
My traffic and income will surely drop if this intermittent connection will continue. I have been experiencing this for the for the past three days. Worse, I have been calling technical support and customer service but no one answers. Grrrr. I have pending assignments and tons of comments to reply to. What happened to the 24/7 technical support they promised? As a responsible client who always pay ahead of time, I have the right to know what is happening. The least they can do is e-mail me to let me know what is going on so I know what to expect. My high speed internet is one of the most expensive services back here and it pisses me that I pay for so much, yet I don’t get the speed I paid for.
Having only a handful of high speed internet providers to choose from, these companies are very confident that their subscribers will stick to them and make do with the speed they give because they know there are not much to choose from. If only there is something better …. like Qwest.
Sorry but I can’t help comparing my service with my brother’s Qwest high speed Internet in the US. I am jealous that his downloads take only seconds and not minutes. He gets fast internet connection at almost the same price I am paying mine. *sigh*
His plan includes the QuickConnect™ installation kit, 2GB of e-mail storage, and quality telephone technical support 24/7, seven days a week. Along with this plan, he has added the Qwest phone service for just a few more bucks. He can call all our relatives and his friends across the US for just 5 cents/minute. How I wish I can get that kind of service here too.
