For the problem jiggly thighs, nothing beats the Supercharged squat for sculpting the lower body. This move tones the legs’ quadriceps, hamstrings and muscles without creating bulk. That’s because the action is quick, so it’s more like cardio than weight training.

Here’s what you should do: Squat as low as you can (your knees should not go beyond your toes) in one beat. Rise onto the balls of your feet. Hold it for 1 count. Do 12 reps.

Many find this excercise difficult to do and for those who do it is possible to get the same effect by using a hard high backed chair. Some may find holding onto the back and performing the movement makes it more bearable on the knees. Others may find that they can go from standing to sitting repeadedly is a better option.
