Let’s Party!

My father comes from a big family, so when there is a gathering, you can just imagine how fun and noisy the party gets.  It’s been a tradition that every first day of the year, all our relatives would come to our house and have dinner with us. All my uncles and aunts would be there, my cousins and their families and sometimes they even bring friends. It’s a big family reunion every year. It’s not even December yet but already, my mom has asked us (her children) to help her plan for the reunion. I’m usually in-charge of the menu and gift wrapping, that’s why I’m always the busiest!

My siblings are the ones in charge of the invites, party supplies, arrangements, prizes and of course, games.  I’d like to suggest that we skip the fancy boutiques this time.  If I get help from some cousins, I’m going to bake treats.  Kids love treats!

I might go over my recipes later and see what I can make for the holidays.  I will also be calling my cousins, I’d like to ask for more party ideas.  We might be economizing but that doesn’t mean we won’t have tons of fun.

Party, Fun and Poker
